Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–7 calendar days before shipping. Carrier transit time is additional to this processing time. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten our processing time.

Shipping options and cost

We offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail where available for your order and delivery destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and charged separately. You will see the available services and shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Any carrier transit estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit time can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the USA. If you are outside the USA, please contact us before placing an order.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Use that information to follow your order's progress.

Shipping address

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. Please ensure a safe and secure location for the delivery of your order.
